Yesterday's excursion to the Rosario Islands made me think about change. Sometimes change is slow, other times feels like a speed boat ride. Here are my reflections on the theme, scribbled on a Caribbean beach. 

August is the month that I dedicate to home living, and the beach becomes our second living room. “Home” is such a simple word but can be understood differently. Here’s what it means to me.
